Stillwake is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, together with these short additions.
Subscriptions
Stillwake offers optional auto-renewing subscriptions. Prices and periods are shown in the app before you buy. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. A subscription renews automatically unless it's cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Any unused part of a free trial is forfeited when you buy a subscription. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID settings.
Not medical advice
Stillwake is a meditation and habit app. It isn't a medical device and doesn't diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Talk to a doctor before starting any new practice if you have a health concern.
Alarms
We work hard to make alarms reliable, but iPhone settings, battery, hardware or iOS can affect them. Don't rely on Stillwake as your only alarm for anything critical.
